My teaching visit to Greece: The HQ of homoeopathy!
(Brief note on Dr. Rajesh Shah's teaching at the International Academy of
Classical Homoeopathy)
Dear Reader,
I had an honor of being invited to teach at one of the most renowned homeopathic
institutes in the world, situated on a distant island of Alonissos in Greece.
George Vithoulkas, the most eminent homoeopath of the second part of the century
in my opinion, heads this institute, called the 'International Academy of
Classical Homeopathy'.
As the name suggests, over 150 participants who were at seminar were all from
various parts of the world, viz. Russia, Poland, Latvia, Israel, India, Germany,
Norway, Bulgaria, etc. It is interesting to note that almost all the
participants were MDs, allopathic doctors, who were learning the science of
homoeopathic healing. This is obviously a sign of revolution.
The Academy offers well-planned syllabus, allowing practical training to the
learners with the help of live cases, video recorded cases and discussions.
Under the supervision of George Vithoulkas, who is a teacher of teachers, a very
systematic study course has been designed.

My teaching seminar spread over three days, incorporated case- analysis strategy
with illustrations and study of vital aspects of homoeopathy prescribing.
The teaching courses at such institutes in various parts of the world shows that
homoeopathy is spreading her deep roots for the betterment of the suffering
humanity.
It will not be out of place to make a note that George Vithoulkas, who has
inspired me to classical homoeopathy, ever since my exposure to homoeopathy has
had indelible influence on my understanding and application of this science. I
have had many opportunities to closely know the real master of homoeopathy. I
have deep regards for his ability, love and concern for homoeopathy. He is the
man, in my opinion, responsible to revive homoeopathy in the western world, and
the most important homoeopath of the second part of the century.
