As a part of the project on homoeopathy promotion at a
global level, Dr.Rajesh Shah has launched a series of
websites during last five years. Some of the websites have
been devoted exclusive to certain diseases to discuss the
role of homoeopathy for certain diseases. |

The Limca Book of Records, 2001 has made a new entry
indicating a new record as under: Dr. Rajesh Shah,
Director, Homeopathy India Foundation has treated
patients from 77 countries since he started his practice
in 1985 in Mumbai. Graduating from Bombay Homoeopathic
Medical College, in 1984, his first patient from abroad
was in 1985. The global patients vary from poor families
from countries like Ethiopia to the family of the
ex-president of the United States. Besides his teaching
visits to countries and his articles in international
periodicals, the Internet has played a major role in
helping his patients find him directly. He has started
Homeopathy Information Cell a unique interactive service
on the Internet."

Dr.Rajesh Shah emphasizes that unless we
inform the people at mass and let them know what homoeopathy
can do for them, we cannot expect people to turn to
homoeopathy. Over all, people in many parts of the world are
absolutely ignorant about the role of homoeopathy for
certain difficult diseases. For instance, most people do not
know that allergic disorders find excellent treatment with
homoeopathy. Like wise there are many more ailments, which
remain untreated merely due to the ignorance about
homoeopathy.
The websites have been created and written by Dr.Rajesh Shah
and Dr.Rupal Shah themselves, to fill in the information
gap. "In this era of information technology, it is
intolerable that some people do not take the advantage of
homoeopathy simply because they are not informed about the
benefits of homoeopathy," says Dr.Rajesh Shah.
Dr.Rajesh Shah has been working on promoting homoeopathy for
more then fifteen years. He has used various media such as
newspapers, television, radio and the Internet. He has given
talks on homoeopathy on television in India, London, New
York, etc.
Through the medium of websites, more than 200000 people from
over 150 countries, have visited the sites to study
information on homoeopathy, "The medium of internet has
proved to be of immense effectiveness in carrying out my
mission of spreading a word about homoeopathy," Dr.Shah
admits.

"Initially it gave me a sense of achievement when I realized
that there were patients coming to me from over 77
countries," says Dr.Shah. He continues, "However, my
responsibility is several folds more as I do realize that
the world is far bigger then just 77 countries!"
